Congratulations on the purchase of RS RoboSonic automatic wireless charger!
We ask that you carefully read the following instruction manual and follow it when installing the charging station. 

‍1. Supported devices‍

The wireless charging station RoboSonic functions normally with all devices that support QI wireless charging. If your mobile device does not support QI wireless charging, you can solve this problem by purchasing a QI receiver, that allows your mobile device to be charged by wireless charging stations.

2. Installation‍

FOR THE VENTILATION SLOT

• Unscrew the attachment on the back side of the charging station, and insert the fastening clip into it.
• Connect your wireless charging station with a car charger via the enclosed USB-C charging cable. To achieve fast charging and normal operation we recommend the use of a car charger that has a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 certificate with 3A output..Any car charger that outputs less than 3A power may result in malfunctioning device and slower charging. Most of the direct USB slots in car radios do not support sufficient output, so we recommend using a good quality adapter.‍
• Press the button on the fastening clip to open it up just enough to affix it to the ventilation slot. Adjust the angle of the ventilation slot beforehand, and place the charging station in the desired position.
• Slowly bring your mobile device closer to the charging station. The levers on the side of the charging station will automatically spread open and grip your phone, when it's placed in the optimal position.
• You can remove your device by pressing the small silver button on the right side bottom corner of the charging station (left side, if you're looking directly into the station itself). When the button is pressed,the levers will open automatically and allow you to safely remove your mobile device.
• LED lights indicate the working condition of the charging station. If the blue light is on, this indicates the charging station is operating normally. If the red light is on, this indicates a malfunction. Please double check all the previous steps and try again.

FOR DASHBOARD

• Take the dashboard handle, remove the protective layer on the bottom and mount the handle on your dashboard.
• Connect your wireless charging station with a car charger via the enclosed USB-C charging cable. To achieve fast charging and normal operation we recommend the use of a car charger that has a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 certificate with 3A output..Any car charger that outputs less than 3A power may result in malfunctioning device and slower charging. Most of the direct USB slots in car radios do not support sufficient output, so we recommend using a good quality adapter.‍
• To adjust the handle simply readjust the mount and use the nut bolt provided to secure the angle.
• Slowly bring your mobile device closer to the charging station. The levers on the side of the charging station will automatically spread open and grip your phone, when it's placed in the optimal position.
• You can remove your device by pressing the small silver button on the right side bottom corner of the charging station (left side, if you're looking directly into the station itself). When the button is pressed,the levers will open automatically and allow you to safely remove your mobile device.
• LED lights indicate the working condition of the charging station. If the blue light is on, this indicates the charging station is operating normally. If the red light is on, this indicates a malfunction. Please double check all the previous steps and try again.
• This product also offers the option to secure your device on the ventilation slot (look at the steps above named "FOR THE VENTILATION SLOT".

WARNING

• Please keep the charging station away from water or other liquids
• If you need to clean the charging station, please ensure it is not connected to a power source while doing so
• The temperature of the environment in which the charging station is used must be between -20 and 45°C
• Flashing LED lights while charging are signs of a malfunction

3. Troubleshooting‍

Please refer below for troubleshooting:

Problem 1.
The charger does not charge my device
or The charging is slow
or The red indicator light on the RoboSonic is blinking
or The automatic hand opens, but  one I place the phone on the charger it does not close

Possible causes 1.
The car adapter you are using to provide power the RoboSonic  is not  up to standard - needs to support Qualcomm Quick charge 3.0 standard with 3 A output
or The charging cable you are using is not up to standard (only use the enclosed charging cable, or another  cable with the same capabilities)
or Your phone case is too thick (recommended maximum thickness of the protective case is 2mm)
or Your mobile device is not placed in the center of the charging station
or Your mobile device does not support QI wireless charging
or You did not remove the protective film sticker from the circle charging pad

Problem 2.
My vent holder is falling off

Possible causes 2.
Your vent rack is not compatible - only compatible with horizontal and vertical vent holders

Problem 3.
The charging of the device is interrupted while I’m driving

Possible causes 3.
Check that the device is properly fixed and the charger is not shaking while you drive

Problem 4.
The charger is opening by itself when the phone is not attached

Possible causes 4.
A moving object is activating  the IR sensor in its immediate proximity. The RoboSonic uses a high-quality Japanese IR sensor that only triggers if the object is very near to the sensor, that is closer than 5cm. If all the possible objects are removed and  the charger is still opening, please contact our support (desk@gizzmo.eu).

5. Safety notices

• Product is compliant with the RoHS, WEE and CE directives.
• The symbol on the side (crossed out trash bin) warns the product must not be disposed alongside other household waste, but should be disposed of at a collection center. The list of collection centers is provided to you by your public waste disposal service.
• During charging the product may emit heat. While it may get warm it should never get too hot.
• Keep the device away from sources of heat and direct sunlight exposure. If the devices starts to overheat, transfer it to a colder place and do not use it until it cools down.
• Do not leave the device in places where the temperature may exceed 45°C.
• When exposed to excessive temperatures, the lifetime of the device may be reduced.
• If the product gets wet stop charging immediately and dry the product thorougly.
• Beware of excessive drops, dents, holes and deformations.
• Contains small particles that may present a choking hazard.
• Do not open or repair the damaged product, as there is a risk of electric shock.
• If uncertain how to proceed, please turn off the device and contact our support.

Additional safety informating for safe use and extending product life:

• We advise you to use a ventilation slot holder in the hottest months, which will position the device away from the direct sun, and it can also cool down while the car is cooling. If you use a ventilation slot holder in winter, it is advised to ensure that the heater is off where the device is positioned.
• Make sure that you are using the correct power source for the device and the included USB-C cable (secure chargers with an output of at least 3 A and protection against overheating).
